DIECOM PROCESSING is not claiming you can not fail a drug screening for THC by consuming its products. You understand that cannabinoid molecules share a similar structure and there are no conclusive drug screenings that can decipher truly between them. Vesl Oil’s is not responsible for THC being present in any of its customer’s drug analysis. You agree that you understand there are trace amounts of THC that are legal pursuant to the 2018 Farm Bill in industrial hemp and that some or all of DIECOM PROCESSING products may contain trace amounts of THC.
You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless DIECOM PROCESSING and our parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, officers, directors, agents, contractors, licensors, service providers, subcontractors, suppliers, interns and employees, harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your breach of these Terms of Service or the documents they incorporate by reference or your violation of any law or the rights of a third-party.
